Pricing, Orders & Payment

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. I am currently not required to be registered for GST, as such MAgYK Creations is not registered for GST.

Once an order confirmation has been sent to you, I am unable to cancel the order. Stock issues or technical glitches can happen from time to time and on rare occasions we may not be able to fulfil your order. Should this occur, you will be notified to discuss your attempt to purchase.

Payments made via this website are secure and facilitated using the Stripe platform. Payment options include Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Diner's Club and Apple Pay if you are using a device that supports this payment method. Full payment of the product plus any postage and packaging charges must be received prior to any goods being sent.

I can offer the option of a Direct Deposit payment if you contact me with your order enquiry directly, before any payment or order has been made through this website. An invoice will be sent to you via email and the order confirmation will be processed once all funds have been received and cleared.

Note: I am currently not able to provide store credits or gift vouchers.

Postage & Packaging

Orders are posted from the Perth metro area, Western Australia. Items will be posted within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment.

Within Australia: I use Australia Post’s Parcel Post service with tracking facilities. The option for Registered Post (signature required on delivery) is available at the stated cost.

International: I use Australia Post’s Standard International Post service with tracking facilities. *International customers, please note that different countries have their own import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees. Please check with your relevant country on additional costs as MAgYK Creations will not be liable for any international customs, duty or service taxes.

Postage & Packaging costs are based on packages weighing 0.5kg or less.

Delivery time frames can vary however you can receive updates from Australia Post as your package makes its journey to you. Delays may occur due to the impact the Coronavirus has on the country’s parcel delivery service. Please check the Australia Post website to gain an estimate of their current delivery speed. As a general guide, Parcel Post is expected to take between 2-5 business days for delivery throughout Western Australia, or 3-6 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas in other states. International delivery speeds will vary depending on the package’s destination.

MAgYK Creations shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or delay of your item(s) during any stage or occurrence of postage. Customers accept the charges involved for all postage and packaging in any instance. All postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Faults & Refunds

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item via email (magykcreations.au@gmail.com) to discuss what options may be available to create a happy customer experience.

Being that I create unique pieces of handcrafted artwork, I am unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds for incorrect or unwanted purchases.

Each piece of crystal is unique. Your piece will have individual characteristics and will vary slightly from the display photographs shown on this website. I do provide the option to view the range of available crystals prior to making your purchase so you can select a crystal that is most attractive to you. Photographs and viewing crystals digitally will not show all or the exact characteristics of a crystal accurately. We are regrettably not able to offer an exchange for a different piece, but I trust you will love the crystal that becomes yours.

Due to the nature of the products, I cannot provide a consumer guarantee that the crystal attributes I share, which are based on my intuition and experience, will be what you experience for you and your pet; as individual results and effects will vary.

Manufacturing Faults: All items are quality checked during production and packaged securely and carefully before posting. If you believe your special item has a manufacturing fault and it has occurred within 3 months of purchase, please email magykcreations.au@gmail.com with details and photographs. If a manufacturing fault has been determined I can refund the item or replace it for a similar item. If you return an item to MAgYK Creations you will be responsible for the cost and supply of postage and packaging. Pendants are made of durable materials and are constructed to a high standard, however they do feature delicate parts and should be handled with care. They can incur damage if exposed to vigorous treatment or force; in which instance would be considered wear and tear (not a manufacturing fault) for which MAgYK Creations are cannot be held liable for.

Other Notes of Importance

Personal Responsibility & Choice: Crystals can be a wonderful addition to help us achieve higher states of wellness. I am happy to share the information which I have personally formulated from my own experience and intuition on different crystal attributes, in the hope that it may resonate with you and help you come to your own intuitive choice of pet pendant, whether that is based on the pendant’s visual or energetic qualities. I have used crystals to complement Furarri’s health and wellness in addition to seeking professional medical advice (and treatment if required) if and when I feel it is appropriate. If your pet is showing signs of being unwell, I encourage you to use any and all information you have gained from professional sources and any other possible means to make the best choice for you and your pet’s well-being based on your own circumstances, beliefs, understanding and knowledge.

Caution: Like any small item, please be aware that pendants may potentially be a choking hazard and MAgYK Creations will not be held liable in any such occurrence.
